This event showcased the current state of startups and venture capital with Goodwin attorneys Dane Patterson ‘14, Sona Karakashian ’15 and Kelly Carson ‘21, moderated by Prof Abraham Cable, Faculty Director of the UC Hastings Center for Business Law. The guest speakers discussed some of the most relevant startup and venture capital issues impacting their practices, including what students should consider when thinking about a career in corporate law.
