Dianne Jackson McLean has over 30 years of community economic development, real estate, tax-exempt financing, relocation, land use and housing experience. Her practice includes representation of public housing authorities, cities and counties, and nonprofit housing developers in all aspects of affordable housing projects, including multifamily, senior, and mobilehome park rental projects and first-time homebuyer ownership projects. She also represents public housing authorities on energy services agreements.

Ms. Jackson McLean focuses on transactional real estate matters involving the development and preservation of affordable housing and mixed-finance projects. She specializes in transactions that utilize local, state and federal assistance, including tax credits, tax-exempt bonds, HOPE VI, HOPE I, AHP, HCD MHP, Section 8, CDBG, and HOME. Ms. Jackson McLean has represented housing authorities in the development of new affordable housing communities and related developments in San Francisco and Richmond. Ms. Jackson McLean also serves as General Counsel to the Housing Authority of the City and County of San Francisco.
