Evan Epstein is the founding Executive Director of the Center for Business Law.
Professor Epstein is a corporate governance expert and has advised founders, executives, directors and investors for over 15 years in Silicon Valley and internationally. He teaches a corporate governance seminar at UC Hastings and has deep experience with executive and director education.

Professor Abe Cable is the Faculty Director of the UC Hastings Center for Business Law. He joined the UC Hastings faculty in 2011.
